The Code Enforcement Division is charged with promoting safe, healthy, and well-maintained neighborhoods by enforcing local codes related to property maintenance, zoning, public nuisances, and graffiti. Through education, voluntary compliance, and fair enforcement, the division works to preserve community standards and support neighborhood stability.
The Code Enforcement team helps make sure that property is maintained in the City of San Antonio.
We have more than 100 code enforcement officers assigned throughout the City.
