Development Process

Step 1.Land Development

Land Development is an important first step to proposed new development or planned property improvements.

We will need to verify the following:

  • The property is Platted or has a Plat Exception/Certificate of Determination (COD).
  • The Zoning allows the use.
  • The property is addressed for the structures proposed.

Step 2.Plan Review

After you have sorted your Land Development items, you are ready to start design for development. Plan Review and Permitting is where we verify the design and submittal documents for your commercial project.
