Development Process

Step 1.Land Development

Land Development is an important first step to proposed new development or planned property improvements.

We will need to verify the following:

  • The property is Platted or has a Plat Exception/Certificate of Determination (COD).
  • The Zoning allows the use.
  • The property is addressed for the structures proposed.
