For information, see IB 110 (PDF).

Fire Sprinklers & Alarms

If your project requires fire sprinklers and/or fire alarms, you will need to submit a separate application at the same time. You can also submit your plans after your building plans have been approved.

For more information see the Fire System Permits section on the Permit Applications page.

Modifications & Interpretations

If you need clarification on a City Code or need to request a Code Modification, we recommend reviewing our Code Options Section for information on code modifications and interpretations.

Call your Plans Examiner to ask about the items that need to be corrected and how to re-submit your building plans.
