How to Get in Line

Step 1.What You Need to Know

You will need to enter your name and cell phone number to get in line. You can also enter your Record ID, email address, and street address.

Step 2.Getting Started

You can get in line using your computer or mobile phone from anywhere. Once you get in line online, you will receive text message updates about your current place in line.

Step 3.Complete Your Request

  1. Enter Required Information:
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Cell Phone Number
  2. Enter Additional Information (Optional):
    • Record ID
    • Email Address
    • Street Address
  3. Select a topic and service to get in line.

Step 3.Complete Your Request

  1. Download the free Qless mobile app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
  2. Open the app and you will see a list of businesses that offer Qless.
  3. In the Places Near Me search bar at the top, type in City of San Antonio Development Services.
  4. Our service lines information appears. Find the line you need and put yourself in line from here. You will see the Wait Time for the line.
  5. Enter Required Information:
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Cell Phone Number
  6. Enter Additional Information (Optional):
    • Record ID
    • Email Address
    • Street Address
  7. Select a Line and Join or Make Appointment.

  2. In the return message, choose the line you want, type the number, and press send.
  3. When you receive the response text message, choose the service you want and press send.
  4. Enter your name and press send.
  5. You will then receive a response with your estimated wait time.
