Logan Sparrow, AICP was appointed assistant director of the Land Development Division in August 2025, after serving as Development Services administrator since August 2023. The Land Development Division oversees Land Entitlements, Zoning, Policy Administration, Street Construction Inspections, Trees and Short-Term Rentals.
Mr. Sparrow has been with the City of San Antonio since July 2014, dedicating his entire career to the Development Services Department. He began with the Zoning team in a series of planning roles, later becoming Development Services manager for the Land Entitlements team. Most recently, he led the Land Entitlements, Policy Administration and Short-Term Rental teams as Development Services administrator.
