WIC Benefits

Through Women, Infants and Children (WIC), you can receive:

  • breastfeeding support and health care referrals at no cost
  • food benefits (redeemable at grocery stores for certain nutritious foods)
  • nutrition education and counseling

WIC foods are specifically selected for their high nutritional value as well as for their relatively low cost. You will receive a combination of these foods depending on your needs (pregnant, breastfeeding, postpartum, child or infant).
