Only Medicaid is accepted. We accept two forms of the Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP):
- Community First CHIP
- Superior Health CHIP
We do not accept private insurance.

Adult Safety Net Program (ASN)
A state funded program for adults 19 years and older who are uninsured.
The vaccines included in the ASN program are:
- Hepatitis A
- Hepatitis B
- Combination hepatitis A-hepatitis B
- Measles, mumps, & rubella (MMR)
- MCV4 Meningococcal
- NOTE: this is not the Meningococcal B vaccine required at many colleges and universities.
- Tetanus, diphtheria and pertussis (Tdap)
- Tetanus-diphtheria (Td)
Vaccine Administration Fee: $22 per vaccine
Vaccines for Children Program (VFC)
Federally funded program for children ages 18 and younger who are:
- Uninsured
- Underinsured
- Enrolled in CHIP or Medicaid
- American or Alaskan Natives
Vaccine Administration Fee: $13.75 per vaccine
Non-ASN and Non-VFC Fees
If you do not qualify for ASN or VFC, the following fees will apply:
