Legal Services

The Texas Rio Grande Legal Aid, Inc. (TRLA) provides free legal services to indigent residents of South and West Texas and to migrant and seasonal farm workers throughout Texas, Alabama, Arkansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Tennessee.
