LGBTQ+ Community

The San Antonio Police Department LGBTQ+ Liaison helps create trusting and constructive relationships between SAPD officers and the members of the LGBTQ+ community.

Duties include:

• Discussing and addressing issues of concern with community members

• Handling requests for presentations and other SAPD resources

• Helping identify areas where SAPD policies, practices, and training can be improved
