The Fair Housing Program provides counseling to homeowners who are late on their mortgage payments.
Counselors interview clients and help review budgets to suggest available options. They can also assist in submitting workout applications to lenders.
NOTE: The City does not have mortgage assistance. However, a counselor can provide guidance on contacting your mortgage provider and request loan options.
