The City of San Antonio is initiating a 30-day public comment period on Tuesday, March 12, 2024 through Wednesday, April 10, 2024 and will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, April 10, 2024 at 5 p.m. in the Municipal Plaza Building, 114 W. Commerce St. This is a U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) required comment period and public hearing for Substantial Amendment #2 to the City’s adopted FY 2024 (PY 2023) Annual Action Plan and Budget to reprogram up to $4,000,000 in Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) funds.

The City of San Antonio’s Neighborhood & Housing Services Department (NHSD) is initiating a public comment period on December 7, 2023 through December 21, 2023 for the Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for the period of October 1, 2022 to September 30, 2023. The CAPER reports on the accomplishments of each Annual Action Plan. It provides a concise reference to compare proposed work with actual performance for San Antonio residents, local officials and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
