Quarterly Progress

The information in this section will be reviewed and updated quarterly. This information is based on progress data through September 30, 2025. The goal is to give the public current information about the work being done on the SHIP.

The City of San Antonio and its partners track the number of Affordable Homes supported by public investment. Below are the total homes produced and preserved since the SHIP’s adoption.

3,438
Homes Produced

4,286
Homes Preserved

The information about homes produced and preserved comes from the Neighborhood and Housing Services Department's Affordable Housing Pipeline of single and multi-family homes. The Affordable Housing Pipeline's data is updated quarterly following the City of San Antonio's fiscal calendar. The City’s Fiscal Year (FY) is from October 1st to September 30th. For example, FY 2022 was from October 1, 2021 to September 30, 2022.

Every quarter progress made toward the SHIP's ten-year production & preservation goals will be reviewed and updated. The tables below show the number of homes that are considered "In Progress". These homes have received funding and/or are under construction. The table also provides the number of homes completed. This means the work building or preserving the home is done.
