The Finance Department is responsible for the billing and collection of vacant lot cleanings and the demolitions of dangerous premises. All other violations are billed by the Code Enforcement Department. The Code Enforcement Department website provides additional information regarding the City’s Vacant Lot and Demolitions procedures.

Disputes

For disputes regarding bills or liens for code violations, please email Mimi Camargo. A review of the dispute will be made and a recommendation will be sent to you. Please provide the following information in your email with subject heading "Lien/Bill Dispute:”

  • Name of property owner
  • Address of violation
  • Case number
  • Action date (Date of Violation)
  • Reason for protesting bill or lien
