Victoria Roeder has more than 20 years of experience with the City of San Antonio. After joining the City in 2004 as an Accountant, Ms. Roeder has taken on multiple roles, including Budget Program Specialist (Office of Management and Budget), Financial Reporting Manager, City Controller and Assistant Finance Director over Accounting Services. In December 2025, Ms. Roeder was promoted to Deputy Finance Director over Finance’s Accounting Services Group, Print and Mail Services and Procurement. Under Ms. Roeder’s leadership, the Finance Department’s Controller’s Office has received zero audit findings in the past eight years.
