Ms. Roeder has more than 20 years of experience with the City of San Antonio and was promoted to her current position as Deputy Finance Director over the Accounting Services and Procurement Groups in December 2025. In her role she oversees:

Ms. Roeder began her accounting career with the City of San Antonio’s Finance Department in 2004. In 2011, she went to work for the City’s Management and Budget Office as a Budget Program Specialist. In 2013, Ms. Roeder returned to the Finance Department as a Financial Reporting Manager and then was promoted to the City’s Controller in 2015. As Controller, she successfully guided the team to achieve no audit findings for seven consecutive years. In 2024, she was promoted to Assistant Director over Accounting Services.
