Standard Specifications & Details

As of September 1, 2026, all construction shall meet the requirements as set forth in the City of San Antonio’s Standard Specifications for Construction - September 1 2026(PDF, 8MB).

If necessary, these specifications may be revised by the City of San Antonio or its representative using the Special Provisions, Special Specifications, General or Special Conditions, and Construction Plans issued in a project's bid documents.

For projects bid on prior to September 1, 2026, please refer to the previous version of the Standard Specifications for Construction(PDF, 6MB).
