Luis E. Maltos, PE is the Assistant Director of the Capital Delivery, where he oversees the design and construction of the 2022 Bond Program and all capital improvements, including streets, drainage, parks, facilities, and special projects such as City Tower, Civic Park and Alamodome improvements.
He has worked with the City of San Antonio for 19 years and has 28 years of experience in the civil engineering field.
Before the City of San Antonio, Luis began his career with design engineering firms as a project engineer and Project Manager, focusing on Capital Improvement projects for the City of San Antonio, San Antonio Water Systems, Bexar County, TxDOT and surrounding municipalities.
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, University of Texas at San Antonio.
