To request plans for viewing or copies, please send an email to Plans@sanantonio.gov.
Please include the following information in your request:
- Requestor Name
- Requestor Address
- Requestor Phone Number
- Project name or street name (if you do not have exact information, please provide a description with as much information as possible)
- Plat number for subdivision records (if possible)
- As-built date (or a best guess)
Inactive Projects
Plans of inactive projects are stored off-site. Once a request is submitted, plans will be collected and made available on Friday afternoons.
Please submit your request by noon Thursday to view your requested plans that Friday.
Copies
To make copies, plans must be taken off-site by a bonded courier. Plans are not allowed to leave the viewing area unless it is with a bonded courier.
