2022-2027 Bond

On May 7, 2022, the San Antonio public approved six propositions for the City's 2022 Bond Program totaling $1.2 billion and including 183 projects. With voter approval, Public Works was ready to work with the design and construction industry to deliver the street, drainage, parks and facility projects.

Bond Projects Map

On June 8, 2022, Public Works released three Requests for Qualifications (RFQs) for design services for 127 projects as part of the 2022 Bond Program. Solicitation for the design services included:

• Civil Engineering RFQ: 58 street, sidewalk and drainage projects
• Architecture RFQ: 14 library, cultural and public safety facility projects
• Landscape Architecture RFQ: 55 park and linear greenway projects
