Some of the items we review include:

  • Building permits
  • Conditional Letter of Map Revisions (CLOMR)
  • Construction plans
  • Letter of Map Revisions (LOMR)
  • Major and minor plats
  • Master Development Plans (MDP)
  • Storm Water Management Plans

Regional Storm Water Management Program (RSWMP)

Developer Participation Options

The program allows developers to participate in this mitigation through one of the following three options:

  • construction of onsite detention facilities
  • participation in the construction of a mitigation project
  • paying a fee in-lieu-of (FILO)

Fee Methodology

Effective April 1, 2013, a new methodology for calculating the FILO fees based on land use and amount of impervious cover was approved and adopted by City Council per Ordinance 2013-01-31-0074 (PDF).
