Mr. Huff joined the City of San Antonio team in May 2016. He is responsible for overseeing the Public Utilities and Compliance & Resolution Divisions.
Prior to this position, Mr. Huff served as CFO for the Texas Municipal Power Agency (TMPA), a joint action agency operating electrical generation and transmission assets for four municipally owned utilities. At TMPA Mr. Huff served in various financial roles after entering the organization as the Chief Internal Auditor.
Prior to TMPA, Mr. Huff served in several auditing and internal auditing roles in the financial services industry and a national public accounting firm.
