Honorary Consul of Spain in San Antonio
Steve Alfonso Chiscano is the Honorary Consul of Spain in San Antonio, Texas, appointed by the Spanish government in February 2020. He is a seasoned trial attorney and co-founding partner of Gonzalez Chiscano Angulo & Kasson, PC. He specializes in complex commercial litigation involving domestic and international clients.
Chiscano earned dual degrees in International Business and Spanish from the University of Texas at Austin and a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from St. Mary's University School of Law.
Deeply rooted in San Antonio's Canary Island heritage, he has led preservation efforts for San Fernando Cathedral. He has also held leadership roles with State Bar of Texas and San Antonio Bar Association.
