Capital Projects Officer (CPO)
The CPO assigned to the project is your primary contact.
- Monday - Friday
- You can expect a response from your CPO typically within a 24 - 36-hour time frame.
- Weekends & Holidays

- 3-1-1 or 210-207-6000 for general information.
- 9-1-1 for emergencies.
- your utility company regarding service questions and outages.
Your CPO will be introduced to you at an initial projects meeting.

Business Outreach Specialist
The Economic Development Department's Business Outreach Specialist is available to help you:
- Find out about assistance programs.
- Connect with community resources and business development organizations.
Did something unexpected come up and you can't reach your CPO? The Business Outreach Specialist can help with that, too.
