Step 1.Scheduling

Prior to contacting us, please consider three preferred Saturday dates as your desired date may already be reserved.

Events may not be scheduled on consecutive Saturdays. When scheduled, a truck or container will be stationed at a site on a designated Saturday from 8 a.m. - 1 p.m.

Step 2.Availability

Four Disposal Assistance Team reservations are currently available per Saturday. Only one unit per clean-up will be dispatched.

Organizations are limited to two Disposal Assistance Team events per calendar year. Only requests within the San Antonio city limits can be served.

Step 3.Reserve a Disposal Assistance Team

To reserve a Disposal Assistance Team, please fill out and return the Disposal Assistance Team Reservation Form. All the information on the form must be filled out before your request can be processed.

Request must be sponsored by a non-profit neighborhood organization and an officer from the sponsoring organization must sign the release.

Submit your request form a minimum of two weeks prior to your clean-up event. We will contact you to confirm your date after the request has been processed.
