Lynn CoxCareer

Lynn Cox joined the City of San Antonio in October 2000, beginning her career with the Youth Opportunity (YO!) Program in the then Department of Community Initiatives. Since that time, she has gained valuable knowledge on City government and structure by working at the Convention and Visitor’s Bureau, Brooks City-Base Office and the Development Services Department.

As Executive Assistant at the Solid Waste Management Department, Lynn provides executive support to the Director’s office, including duties as City Council Agenda Coordinator, liaison to other City departments and City Council Offices and Departmental Legislative Liaison. She also assists with a variety of communications duties on behalf of the Director and other special projects.
