NOTE: This new feature is a pilot program and may be discontinued at any time. False positives may occur for addresses in cul-de-sacs, multi-unit properties, non-traditional road layouts, closely spaced homes or having alleyway collection service.
For any questions or concerns regarding damage done during collection or scattered trash/material during collection, please submit a service request.
Report a missed cart online or by calling 3-1-1 or 210-207-6000.
Please do not report until after 5 p.m. Drivers may not be finished with their routes until the end of the day.
