Mobile Food Vending

Step 1.Meet the Criteria

The San Antonio Fire Department requires mobile food vendors to attain a Fire Mobile Vending Permit when:

1. Cooking and/or heating are conducted in the unit.
2. A generator is used in association with the unit.

Mobile food vending inspections are conducted Tuesdays and Thursdays of each week from 8 a.m. - 10 a.m. at:
