After-Hours Inspections

Fire Prevention

Fire prevention is the most effective means for reducing loss of life and property due to fire. The San Antonio Fire Department Fire Prevention Division, headed by the Fire Marshal, works closely with design professionals, contractors, building owners and managers, and event promoters to ensure compliance with all fire codes and standards.

Tier II Chemical Reports

A Tier II report is a chemical inventory report required for every facility that stores hazardous chemicals at or above the reporting threshold.
