Step 1.Submit an Interest Form

Our workforce partner, Family Service, processes the applications for this program. Please visit their website to complete the interest form and get started:

Participants must be 18 years or older.

Eligibility Review

The intake team at Family Service will review your submission and reach out to you to schedule a screening call.

Step 2.Register

If you are eligible to enroll, Family Service will provide guidance on how to complete registration paperwork.

Step 3.Create a Service Plan

Family Service will work with you directly to create a customized service plan aligned with your goals.

Step 4.Complete a Math Assessment

Restore Education offers workforce aptitude testing — including a math assessment — to help you prepare for the construction math portion of the program.

Step 5.Attend Scheduled Orientation

A mandatory orientation and enrollment day is typically held two weeks ahead of a course start date. Staff from the Office of Historic Preservation, Family Service and Restore Education will be present at orientation. They will provide a full overview of your program track and finalize any enrollment needs.

Step 6.Begin Your Program

Arrive at your training location to start your program.
