The Home Repair Fair (formerly the Historic Homeowner Fair) is the Office of Historic Preservation's annual free, family-friendly event. It connects homeowners and renters with local professionals, services and solutions for home care and maintenance.

What to Expect

The Home Repair Fair’s Exhibit Hall presented by Pella Windows & Doors, is filled with design professionals, craftspeople, contractors, vendors, non-profits, and more.

Residents can also learn from skilled craftsmen in our Learning Studios. These interactive studios give attendees an up-close look at the tools and techniques needed to do basic home repair. Attendees can ask questions and gain hands-on experience as tradespeople rotate to show off their work throughout the day.

There is something for everyone at the Home Repair Fair, including:
