Alliance Française de San Antonio is a non-profit organization, focused on connecting our community to French and Francophile cultural experiences. They do this by providing members, students, and San Antonians opportunities throughout the year to participate in French language studies and cultural events.
Bexar County Medical Society (BCMS)
BCMS is the organization that serves and represents the member physicians of Bexar County in providing quality health care for their patients and the public.
DreamVoice
In 2011, DreamVoice, LLC was established to support organizations that exist to better the human condition through the promotion of media assets and resource contributions for the annual DreamWeek event. DreamWeek is a modern-day expression of the MLK vision: to lay the foundations of tolerance, equality, and diversity by creating dialogue across cultures and communities. In a city known for its innate ability to confront conflict with resolve and civility - and, perhaps not coincidentally, the home of the largest MLK March in the nation - a small group of dedicated individuals started to hold meetings in 2010 with a common quest to advance and grow that vision as an annual summit of events.

San Antonio Chinese Alliance
The San Antonio Chinese Alliance (SACA) is a non-religious, non-political, non-profit, and community-based charitable and educational organization that provides a platform for facilitating integration of Chinese immigrants into the U.S. society, promoting harmony and reducing tension as well as eliminating discrimination in neighborhoods and workplaces where Chinese immigrants live and work and teaching youngsters Chinese language and folk arts. These goals will be achieved by organizing/sponsoring social, cultural, educational, music, sport, recreational, business and other events for both SACA members and San Antonio residents and by offering informal lessons to children who are interested in learning Chinese language and culture.
San Antonio Council for International Visitors (SACIV)

San Antonio Mexico Friendship Council (SAMFCO)
The San Antonio Mexico Friendship Council is a non-profit organization founded in 1996 by the then Consul General of Mexico in San Antonio, Carlos Sada, and various prominent community leaders to strengthen and promote the shared cultural ties between the citizens of San Antonio and Mexico.

AnujaSA (Chennai-San Antonio Sister City organization)
Anuja SA Inc. is a non-profit organization created to promote the Sister-City alliance between San Antonio and Chennai, India. Anuja SA's mission is to foster relationships between the two cities in various facets including Arts and Culture, Medicine, Education, Business and Commerce, and Sports and Recreation. Anuja SA also works closely with the City of San Antonio's International Relations Office, the department responsible for all of San Antonio's Sister-City relationships.
India Association of San Antonio (IASA)
IASA is a non-profit umbrella organization established in 1978 to help unite various Indian cultural associations and groups, project a common identity based on their Indian heritage, and celebrate Unity in Diversity. It provides a platform for all Indian cultural associations, groups, and individuals to exhibit and showcase their arts and culture and to foster a better understanding between India and San Antonio. The India Association of San Antonio is proud to act as a bridge between both Indian and San Antonio cultures.

Japan-America Society of San Antonio (JASSA)

Naoko Mitsui Shirane Foundation
The Naoko Mitsui Shirane Foundation ("the Shirane Foundation") was created to commemorate the life and legacy of a distinguished global citizen, Mrs. Naoko Shirane. The Shirane Foundation focuses on fostering cultural exchanges among the citizens of Japan and the greater San Antonio metropolitan area, by providing scholarships for international students. The Foundation accomplishes its mission through various avenues, one of which is making direct payments to qualified educational institutions in Japan, on behalf of successful applicants.

Spain

Canary Islands Descendants Association of San Antonio (CIDA)
CIDA is a lineage society that was established in 1977. Our members trace their ancestral roots to the original 16 families to settle in San Antonio. These 56 people collectively traveled more than 5,000 miles, including traveling more than 1,100 miles on foot over six months to settle in a foreign land. On March 9th, 1731, they arrived at Presidio de Bexar, established the first chartered civilian community in Texas, and, later that year, created the first municipal government in Texas.
