Eligibility

• Residential occupancy at 80% AMI or below
  • Preference for 30% AMI or below
• Pre-1960 Housing
  • Preference for locations in City Council Districts 2, 3 and 5
• Applicants must be able to demonstrate proof of income

Application Status & Next Steps

Applicants who did not qualify for the program were mailed a notification letter. The remaining applications have been prioritized based on information provided. Due to funding limitations, not all homes are able to receive assistance. Approximately 30 homes have been selected for the program and have proceeded to project scoping.

If you have not heard back regarding your application, you will likely not receive assistance this year. We encourage all applicants to apply for additional programs through the Neighborhoods and Housing Services Department.
