Caitlin Krobot joined the City of San Antonio Economic Development Department in January 2022. She leads major department initiatives and supervises the department's Admin & Ops team.
Prior to this role, Caitlin served as the City Secretary for the City of New Braunfels.
She previously worked for the City of San Antonio, holding various roles that allowed her to gain extensive experience in different areas of municipal operations.
As the Special Projects Manager with the City Manager's Office, she played a key role in the City's:
Prior to that, she served as the first city-wide Employee Engagement Coordinator with the Human Resources Department, where she successfully oversaw the City's award-winning Women's Leadership Mentoring Program.
Throughout her career, Caitlin has demonstrated her commitment to public service and a passion for local government and employee development.
