The DHS Homeless Street Outreach teams are a mobile presence throughout. Successful outreach efforts are contingent on being person-centered, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive to the needs of the community, which DHS Outreach Teams strive for with every engagement.
Each San Antonio District has a dedicated outreach team that regularly engages with and offers services to our homeless neighbors to help them address their specific needs.
