Forms & Information

The DHS Contracts Management Division is responsible for the oversight of procurement processes, contract negotiations, execution of all contracts and agreements, and monitoring and analysis of Delegate Agency contracts and performance.

Delegate Agency contracts are an important component of the Contracts Management Division and the Division strives to assist agencies in every aspect by providing technical assistance and recommendations.

The following documents are used to assist agencies with administrating and monitoring their DHS contract. These documents are updated after contract awards are approved through the annual budget process.

Delegate agencies awarded contracts under Consolidated Funding are required to submit monthly performance reports. This data is validated by the Contracts Management Division (CMD) and made available to the public.
