Step 1.Required Documents

Step 2.Attend the Informational Meeting

CCDO will hold its annual River Walk Designated Public Space Vending Program informational meeting. CCDO will conduct this meeting virtually. Informational meeting date and time will be provided at a later date.

Step 3.Submit Application

Application Period
Monday, July 6, 2026, at 8:30 a.m. – Friday, July 24, 2026, at 4 p.m.

Alternatively, you can obtain the application in person at the CCDO offices.

Make an Appointment 

You must make an appointment to submit an application at the CCDO office.

One vendor per appointment unless approved. To schedule an appointment, or to request an alternate method of submission, please contact Downtown Vending.

NOTE: Applications are incomplete until all required documents are submitted and approved. Anyone applying for the program lottery cannot apply as an associate vendor for the current year.

Step 4.Attend Virtual Lottery

CCDO holds an annual lottery to determine the next year’s vendors. Continue to monitor this website for further information on our River Walk program.

Step 5.Payment of Permit

Vendors selected through the lottery process will need to pay an annual permit fee.

Alternatively, you can obtain the application in person at the Center City Development & Operations Offices, located at 400 N. St. Mary’s St., Suite 100, during office hours from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. Closed on City holidays.

Appointments with Jaime Hernandez must be made to submit an application at the CCDO office, 400 N. St. Mary's St., Suite 100. Office hours are from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, closed on City holidays. To schedule an appointment, or to request an alternate method of submission, please contact Jaime Hernandez.
