Downtown Operations

Maintains a safe and clean downtown environment for residents and visitors, including maintenance of the River Walk.

Parking Operations and Maintenance

Manages and maintains a safe and clean environment in City operated parking facilities and enforces citywide parking regulations. Learn more about the Parking Division.

Facilities Division

Manages La Villita Historic Arts Village and Historic Market Square. Coordinates large-scale capital projects and other projects at these facilities.

Special Events

Coordinates and implements community and city events in the downtown area, including Travis Park and Milam Park, as well as management of the downtown vending program.

Contracts and Concessions

Maintains leases and agreements including River Walk patio leases, Tower of the Americas, La Villita and Market Square leases, manages dockless vehicles, and oversees the barge concessions contract.
