Assistant Director, Robert Rinn

Robert Rinn Robert Rinn was appointed Assistant Director of Center City Development & Operations in November 2022. As Assistant Director, Robert oversees the following:

  • Downtown and River Walk Operations
  • Parking Operations & Enforcement
  • Special Events Division

Robert has been with the city since 2014, previously serving in the Parks and Recreation Department and the City Manager's Office.

Prior to working for the City, Robert spent over eight years working for the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department in Law Enforcement and Park Operations.

Robert holds a Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University and a Master's in Business Administration from Texas A&M University-Commerce.
