Financial Disclosure

City officials and designated employees are required to file a sworn Financial Disclosure Report (FDR) with the City Clerk.

This must be done no later than 30 days after accepting employment, appointment or assuming the duties of office, and annually thereafter. View FDR Instructions(PDF, 950KB)

Conflict of Interest Forms

These forms must be submitted together per City Code of Ethics 2-43 and Section 176.003 of the Local Government Code.

1. Open the Recusal and Disclosure document.
2. Right-click anywhere on the PDF (avoid clicking on text or links if possible).
3. Select "Save As" or "Save Page As" from the context menu.
4. In the file dialog box, choose where to save the PDF and click Save.
5. Open the saved file using Adobe Acrobat.
