Financial Disclosure
City officials, board members, and designated employees are required to file a sworn Financial Disclosure Report (FDR) with the City Clerk in accordance with the City Ethics Code.
This must be done no later than 30 days after accepting employment, appointment or assuming the duties of office, and annually thereafter. View FDR Instructions(PDF, 824KB)
Additionally, Sec. 2-76 of the City Code requires any city official or employee who, in connection with their official duties, accepts a trip or excursion involving the gratuitous provision of transportation, accommodations, entertainment, meals, or refreshments paid for by a person or entity other than a public agency must file a “Third Party Travel Report” with the city clerk, within 10 business days of return from the travel.

Conflict of Interest Forms
For City Officials and employees needing to Recuse themselves from participating in a matter or taking official action due to a Conflict of Interest. These forms must be submitted together per City Code of Ethics 2-43 and Section 176.003 of the Local Government Code.

- Open the Recusal and Disclosure document.
- Right-click anywhere on the PDF (avoid clicking on text or links if possible).
- Select "Save As" or "Save Page As" from the context menu.
- In the file dialog box, choose where to save the PDF and click Save.
- Open the saved file using Adobe Acrobat.
