Good Neighbor Program

The Good Neighbor Program, led by the Integrated Community Safety Office (ICSO), works to make neighborhoods safer, enhance quality of life, and connect residents with important support services.

This program breaks down data silos across the City of San Antonio to identify single-family properties that exert a higher demand on public safety resources based on reported activity from 311, 911, and the Non-emergency phoneline.

Good Neighbor involves cross-departmental collaboration with the following City departments:

• San Antonio Police Department
• San Antonio Fire Department
• 311 Customer Service
• Development Services Department
• Animal Care Services
• Department of Human Services
• Homeless Services and Strategy Department
• Neighborhood and Housing Services
• Metropolitan Health District
• City Attorney’s Office
• Municipal Court
