Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG) This program helps residents in a housing crisis. It also provides support to homeless shelters and prevention programs.
Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) This program's funds may be used for a wide range of housing and social services costs. This is the only federal program dedicated to the housing needs of people living with HIV/AIDS.
