San Antonio has more than $6 billion in infrastructure needs. To fill this gap, the City is always improving its streets, bridges, alleys, sidewalks, and drainage. These projects protect the safety of drivers, cyclists, pedestrians, and residents.

The City has invested $3 billion in infrastructure improvements since 2012. The 2022-2027 bond program is the biggest ever in the City’s history. It has $1.2 billion in funding. This funding supports 182 streets, bridges, sidewalks, drainage, parks, recreation, libraries, cultural and public safety facility projects.
