The rental fee is based on the expected attendance at the event. The fee schedule for a one-day rental is as follows:

The Harris pavilion is also available for events with fewer than 400 people for $275. This does not include the kitchen.
NOTE: There is an additional fee of $25 per hour for on-site staff when renting the pavilion and/or picnic facility.
