The rental fee is based on the expected attendance at the event and the location of the renter.
- Resident refers to a renter located inside San Antonio city limits.
- Non-resident is a renter outside city limits.

The Harris pavilion is also available for events with fewer than 400 people for $275. This does not include the kitchen.
NOTE: There is an additional fee of $25 per hour for on-site staff when renting the pavilion and/or picnic facility.
