The Island House is available for small gatherings such as meetings, baby showers and luncheons. It has a capacity of 30 people. There are 6 tables and 30 chairs provided for reservations.
NOTE: There is a four-hour minimum for rentals.
A $100 refundable damage deposit is required.
- Resident: $40 an hour ($160 minimum)
- Non-Resident: $50 an hour ($200 minimum)
