The Commercial Division of the City Attorney’s Office provides legal services to all City departments requiring expertise in a variety of legal fields including real estate, construction, economic development, finance, budget, hospitality, information technology, employment, entertainment and procurement.
The division serves a number of client departments to include: the Center City Development and Operations Office; Convention & Sports Facilities Department; Economic Development Department; Finance Department; Human Resources Department; Information Technology Services Department; Office of Management & Budget; Department of Arts & Culture; Parks & Recreation Department; San Antonio Police Department; San Antonio Fire Department; Tax Increment Financing Division and the Transportation & Capital Improvements Department.
