Facility Improvements

The Small Maintenance and Repair Team (SMART) provides scheduled facility renovations and upgrades in the areas of electrical, carpentry and painting.

Deferred Maintenance is the five-year maintenance plan to improve the condition and extend the life cycle of City facilities and building systems.

Custodial Services

Ensures City buildings are clean and safe environments for the benefit of our customers.

Services provided include:

• Restroom and floor care
• Trash and recycling collection
• Window cleaning
