District 3 Councilwoman Continues Work after Emergency Surgery

SAN ANTONIO (February 29, 2024) - This past month, Councilwoman Phyllis Viagran underwent an emergency surgery. For the time being, the Councilwoman will be working remotely and participating in all San Antonio City Council business virtually.

“I appreciate the well-wishes and prayers during this time,” Councilwoman Viagran said.

The work of the District Three Council Office continues throughout this endeavor. The Councilwoman also expressed appreciation for privacy during this time.
