Zero Percent Interest Rate Loan Sessions for Small Businesses

SAN ANTONIO (October 26, 2026) — The City of San Antonio and LiftFund are hosting two virtual information sessions to help small business owners learn about the renewed Zero Percent Interest Rate Loan Program, which provides affordable financing to eligible businesses.

The virtual sessions will take place on October 28 and November 12, 2026, offering prospective applicants an opportunity to learn about program requirements and the application process.

Loan applications open Monday, November 2, 2026. The program allocates $500,000 to reduce interest costs on loans ranging from $500 to $50,000 for eligible businesses within San Antonio city limits, with a focus on opportunity zones. Priority will be given to businesses unable to secure traditional commercial financing and those planning to create at least one full-time job. Since 2016, the City and LiftFund have provided more than $13.1 million in funding to 430 local entrepreneurs through their partnership.
