SAPL offers school resources for students.


SAN ANTONIO (August 4, 2025) — The San Antonio Public Library (SAPL) is helping to set students up for success this school year by offering free educational resources for children, teens and adults.

From online tutoring to printing services, SAPL can help throughout the year. Simply sign up for a SAPL card today and start enjoying the many free services. Visit the SAPL website or stop by any SAPL location today to register. Listed below are some of educational resources available for all ages.

Tools for School

Learn how to locate free books, music, movies and other items using the online catalog. This program is best for children in third grade through middle school. Parents and teachers are encouraged to attend. 

The program at Westfall Branch will teach students of all ages how to receive online help with homework. Tools for School events at local branches are listed below.

  • Pruitt Library at Roosevelt HS, 5110 Walzem Road, Aug. 18, 6 p.m.
  • Westfall Branch Library, 6111 Rosedale, Sept. 4, 4:30 p.m.
  • Tobin Library at Oakwell, 4134 Harry Wurzbach, Sept. 15, 6 p.m. 
  • Book Hollow Branch Library, 530 Heimer Road, Sept. 23, 4 p.m.

PrintOnline

Available at SAPL Locations

SAPL’s PrintOnline, a mobile printing service available to all library cardholders, only takes four simple steps:

  1. Access the PrintOnline portal
  2. Upload documents from home, the office, a coffee shop, or anywhere with internet access
  3. Visit your nearest branch library to print files
  4. Enter SAPL card number into the print kiosk to finish printing 

Free Indoor & Outdoor Public Wi-Fi

Available at SAPL Locations 

Indoor Wi-Fi is available during normal service hours, and outdoor Wi-Fi is available from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. every day. 

Locations undergoing building improvements or other projects may have adjusted hours. Visit the Library website for details.
