From October through December 2026, the City will launch City Hall to All, a temporary program that brings public comment into neighborhoods.
The program is in response to Council Consideration Request (CCR) 2026-0005, City Hall to All, filed by Councilmember Teri Castillo. Results of the program are expected to be reported in January 2027.
Meetings will be held twice a month on select Wednesdays at 6 p.m., with one meeting at City Council Chambers and the other at a rotating neighborhood location.
The format and rules for public comment will remain the same throughout the temporary program.
The meetings will give residents an opportunity to share thoughts, concerns or ideas about City business with City Council. Council members will listen to public comments but not respond to or discuss comments during the session.
Advance sign-up is required. Residents may sign up online in advance or in person 15–45 minutes before the meeting begins. Residents who arrive at the start of the meeting without having signed up will not be able to speak.
